Q. Do I need to be there earlier than my reservation time?
A. Yes, The Boat Departs on the reserved time. We recommend you be 20 to 30 minutes early. Please check your travel times prior to making your trip. Please Don't Be Late.

Q. What happens in the event of bad weather before or during my scheduled time?
A. Bad weather (thunderstorms) some times these storms will come in and interrupt our day, sometimes for a very short period, if this is the case and it hits at your selected time we will do our best to re schedule you on the same day, in the event that the boat is booked up for the day this would require a rescheduling on another day. Our number one priority is the safety of our guest.

A. The boat will seat 11 adults with comfort.

Q. I have young children, will they enjoy this tour?
A. Absolutely young children will love this tour and seeing all the wildlife and sliding and gliding through the marsh they will remember their tour for years. We recommend 5 years old and up.

Q. I'm an avid bird watcher, which one of the tours offers the most for bird watching?
Both tours are good for bird watching, but I would have to give the Okeechobee Tour a higher mark for a vast variety of birds due to the great size of the Lake and the birds that are drawn to it.

Q. Tell me about your boat.
The boat is a 22 foot, 2011 Diamondback custom built airboat. Built especially for the tour business. The boat has very spacious seating,which seats 11 adults comfortably. It's powered by a GM 496 Leviator engine, and counter rotating propellers, which gives the boat a tremendous amount of push with no torque, which makes for you, a really nice ride.

Q. What is the best time to come ?
Anytime,especially if your visiting or on vacation you can enjoy the natural beauty of Florida the year round.

Q. What should I wear ?
Wear your everyday casual wear , pants or shorts depending on weather and a light jacket or wind breaker is always good to have along with you and also a regular ball cap.

Q. Will we see any alligators?
Absolutely yes,both tours you will see alligators,although there are some times in the summer months when it's very hot, and they are less prevalent.
