  • We actually went in a Gator Bait boat. Captain Garrett was a great host. We saw gators, including a gator nest guarded by the momma (lower left of the picture, just her head sticking out of the water), lots of birds (Ospreys my fav, upper right branch in single tree pic). But the highlight for me was just taking the boat ride and seeing the scenery.

Great experience with Captain John, it was a very windy morning and the gators were well hidden but John persevered and was able to spot a couple of huge gators as well as some babies. Really great experience, thoughtful and patient guide with excellent knowledge and commentary, highly recommended

This was the best airboat ride we have ever taken. John our guide is very knowledgeable of all the birds, trees and a history of the marsh. He knew exactly where all the Gators were which is why we were there. I highly recommend this to anybody who are looking to take an airboat ride to see nature at its best.

John, our captain, was especially thoughtful by knowing all the guests names and making sure the children on the boat got special attention, calling them by name to make sure they had a chance to see all the wildlife. Saw many gators, young and old. All types of vegetation. Many varieties of birds, fish and, turtles. Great sense of humor too. Great trip and will be going again.

This morning we had the opportunity to go on the Marsh Beast Air Boat tour! As we walked up Captain John greeted us enthusiastically! He had a great personality, lots of experience and put us right on the alligators. We probably saw at least 15 alligators as well as a lot of other wildlife. His knowledge of all of the species of animals that reside in the marsh and his great personality made for a great adventure!!

  • Captain Jeff was fun, knowledgeable and eager to show the participants a great time. I brought my Aunt and friend who are 80 yr old adventure seeking women. An airboat ride was on their “bucket lists” and they were thrilled. From my first contact (phone call) with Sue in the office through meeting and enjoying the tour with Captain Jeff I would recommend Marsh Beast Tours to anyone looking for an enjoyable and informative Eco Tour highlighting this area’s beautiful marsh, alligators, birds and wildlife.
